Pakistan Medical Commission Tender Notice

Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) intends to hire the services of a Chartered Accountant (QCR) Firm to conduct a Quality Review of its audited accounts for the years ended on 30th June 2016 to 2020. The selected firm will also be expected to carry out a detailed Forensic Audit of the books of account for the financial year 2019-2020.
Detailed terms and conditions of the assignment are available in the Bidding Documents which can be obtained from Finance Department of PMC during office hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM) on payment of a non refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the shape of a Pay order/DD favoring Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) Islamabad.
Interested firms fulfilling the eligibility criteria are requested to submit a bid in the shape of Technical and Financial Proposals in two separate envelopes placed in one sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Quality Review & Forensic Audit”. The bid may be sent either by hand or through courier on the address given below within 15 days from the date of this publication. Technical Bids will be opened at 02:30 pm on 06/01/2021 at the address mentioned below in the presence of participating bidders. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened and firms found technically not qualified will be returned their financial proposal un-opened.
PMC reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to award of Assignment without assigning any reason as per PPRA rules.
